The negotiation process will continue until we reach an agreement that satisfies all parties involved, after which a formal contract is established between the buyer and the seller

Closing prep

Once everything is in order, we start the application with the OCP, ODB and other third party insurers, and set a final closing date for the deal to be completed.

Deal closed

We then finish things off by doing a final inventory count, signing things off, and celebrating the successful purchase of your pharmacy with a bottle of champagne.
